用root用户登陆PHPmyAdmin出现Client does not support authentication ...

这样处理：
开始--mysql--mysql command line client
输入root用户的密码，然后输入：
set password for 'root'@'localhost'=OLD_PASSWORD('root用户的密码');

输入exit;
退出后，就可以正常登陆PHPmyAdmin
